The dry cleaning process is the easiest and most effective way to kill viruses and bacteria that may be found on clothing. Dry cleaning exposes fabrics to commercial grade detergents and repeated high heat that traditional home washing machines can’t achieve.

Boston Cleaners’ wet and dry processes include steam pressing and high temperature drying and are well above the guidelines of the CDC recommended temperature of 167 degrees needed to kill cold and flu virus.

Dry Cleaning Plant

Boston Cleaners operates it’s own plant. All items are hand inspected and tagged for any damage or any specific requests you may have at the drop off location before it reaches the plant. Once your items arrive at the facility, our processors are informed as to any special instructions before the cleaning begins. Having a plant within the company assures you that we are able to control all aspects of the dry cleaning or laundry process. We stand behind our reputation and have for many years.
